Please follow these steps below:

 

  1. Check the box below for "I authorize Breakthrough T1D - Illinois - 4160 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event".
  2. Click "Next" Fill out your contact information and credit card information
  3. Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
  4. Click "Submit for Processing"

If you are paying for tickets or sponsorships pre-event, a Breakthrough T1D staff will reach out when your card is charged.

If you are submitting your CC payment info to be used at the event, all sales will be charged post-event and a receipt will be sent via email.
