Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase at YLC One (House) Party 2020.

Fill out your contact information and credit card information
Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
Click "Submit for Processing"

As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your purchases at event YLC One Party 2020.

I authorize Breakthrough T1D - Illinois - 4160 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event YLC One Party 2020. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
