PROOF OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE TEST
After a year of uncertainty, we are thrilled to welcome guests back to the One Dream Gala on December 11 at McCormick Place. JDRF is committed to event safety and is following all CDC and applicable local guidelines. All attendees will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test upon arrival.
We have partnered with Bindle to verify proof of vaccination or negative test results on a mobile app. The Bindle app is safe, secure and available free of charge to attendees. We will also accept paper credentials, such as a CDC vaccine card or a print-out of a negative COVID-19 test from a CLIA-approved lab.
To ensure a smooth and expediated entrance into the Gala, please follow the steps below to sign-up with Bindle and set-up your event pass for JDRF Illinois One Dream Gala.
- Step One: Download the free Bindle app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search “My
- Bindle” and download onto your smartphone.
- Step Two: Create an account and upload your vaccine information and/or negative test results.
- Step Three: Search for JDRF Illinois One Dream Gala, and select
- Step Four: Create your entry pass before you arrive for speedier access!
